30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or require the item to be returned before a refund is issued.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, stained, torn, or you receive the wrong product, size, or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

For approved claims, we may issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.

In most cases involving verified defects or fulfillment errors, the customer will not be required to return the item.

Lost Orders

If tracking indicates that your order has been lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing will be reviewed individually. We may require additional information and may ask the customer to contact the carrier or local delivery provider.

Change of Mind or Fit Issues

If you change your mind or the fit is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or return option depending on the circumstances.

If a physical return is required, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by PAUSE CLUB.

Do not return an item without contacting us first.

Refund Method

Approved monetary refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once a refund is processed by PAUSE CLUB, additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Original Shipping Charges

PAUSE CLUB currently offers free standard shipping to eligible US orders. Any optional expedited or additional shipping charges, if introduced in the future, may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds, replacements, or returns where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of our guarantee, falsified evidence, or other improper activity.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
