PAUSE CLUB products are consumer textile products intended for ordinary personal use. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Sizing and Fit

Sizing information and measurements are provided as guidance to help customers select the most appropriate size.

Individual fit may vary depending on body shape, personal preference, and how the product is worn.

4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, bundles, and offers at any time before an order is placed.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, technical, or system errors. If an order is materially affected by an error, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

PAUSE CLUB currently ships to customers in the United States.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment and logistics providers from facilities located outside the United States.

Current shipping options, estimated delivery times, tracking information, customs information, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

7. Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill and deliver orders within the timeframes communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

10. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that an order has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing may require investigation with the carrier or final-mile delivery provider.

Any refund or replacement will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Promotional offers, discounts, bundles, and coupon codes may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
